PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF USE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY OURKINGDOM CAPITAL PARTNERS (“COMPANY”). THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AT www.ourkingdom.co.za (THE “SITE”) AND THE SERVICE OWNED AND OPERATED BY COMPANY (COLLECTIVELY WITH THE SITE, THE “SERVICE”). BY USING THE SITE OR SERVICE IN ANY MANNER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VISITING OR BROWSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL USERS OF THE SITE OR SERVICE, INCLUDING USERS WHO ARE ALSO CONTRIBUTORS OF CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND OTHER MATERIALS OR SERVICES ON THE SITE.
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Ourkingdom Capital Partner works in partnership with SMMEs to procure and deliver good and services to various industries such as government departments/municipalities/parastatals/corporate/mining.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and delivery confirmed by way of email.
3. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Ourkingdom Capital Partners is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ourkingdom Capital Partners will refund the client in full credit, within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 7 % administration fee.
4. Customer Privacy Policy
Ourkingdom Capital Partners shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 5. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Jumpstarter bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.6. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Ourkingdom Capital Partners via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.
